Clean room to study, end up wrapping walls

Like Ivonne, I can’t study if my room is a mess.

So close to 9 pm yesterday night, I started cleaning. Not only I cleaned, but I also sorted and organized things at the same time.

In the process of sorting and organizing things.

By 1 am, I looked around my room with the mop on my right hand and I swear I was grinning widely. Mission accomplished! 🙂 I also turned on the air-con and sprayed Febreeze on my bedsheets, my curtains and my towel to have that sweet aromatic ambiance…ahhhhhhhh.

Fresh bedsheets.

I also wrapped two gifts for two friends (October celebration!). After I was done, I looked on my bare white walls and got an idea:

Cheerful, illustrative posters to brighten my room! 🙂

Don’t you love my gift-wrappers-turned-posters? Let’s take a closer look!

This cute wrapper holds a little spot in my heart. Look at the sky! Look at the sheep! And the green grass. Happy 🙂

I simply adore the town scenery in this poster. I used to draw towns, people, and kampungs when I was growing up.

For those who know me, I am a person who takes pleasure in buying, collecting and using GOOD quality gift-wrappers for gifts. All my gift-wrappers are bought from my hometown, good ol’ Kota Kinabalu. I especially like gift wrappers from AEIOU. I love AEIOU’s creative designs and vibrant colors. Not to mention, they’re very affordable! If I’m not mistaken, their price range from RM1.50 to RM2.50. That’s like 15 baht to 25 baht. I always come back to Thailand, in hand with 10 and more gift-wrappers.

My collection so far. Will go back and get 10 more.

So if I give you a gift next time, be rest assured that your wrapping paper is especially purchased abroad and handled with care. 🙂 I have lots of wrappers, waiting to be used and to make people happy :).

  3. +Lerie: Lol! Good to know there are girls like us! 🙂

+aims: I remember when we were staying in the dorm, I love visiting your room – airconditioned and clean! 🙂 HEHEHE.

  4. my room had been looking like a pig’s pen for a long while until i decided to do some major cleaning since i was going away for the weekend last week. i hate the thought of returning to a messy room so i’m glad i did it. you feel so much more at peace in your own personal space. plus, you feel in control of how your space should look like 😉
